A collaborative effort of

Joint Budget Committee of Lincoln and Lancaster County,

United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County, and

the Food Bank of Lincoln

The intent of this report is to provide a snapshot of hunger issues in Lancaster County and the work being done by many agencies and programs to address these issues.

We would like to thank those that were able to provide information for this report.  It is our hope that data collection will be an ongoing process and that over time trends may be determined and needs may be identified.  If you notice any agency we are missing that should be included in this report, please let us know.

Please feel free to share the information in this report with your organization’s directors, staff, board members, and donors.  We’re hoping the report will provide you with at least some idea of the scope and challenges of this important work.  By continuing to work together we can work to alleviate hunger in Lancaster County.
