Donations of time are very important to keep the Food Bank operating effectively. Some of the opportunities that are available are:

• Picking up donated food.

• Sorting, stocking, and repacking food.

• Delivering promotional supplies.

• Preparing mailings. 

• Working at special events. 

• Telephone follow-up. 

• Working at the LPS Emergency Pantry

The Food Bank has volunteer hours available Monday through Friday 1pm – 4pm and 9am -12pm Thursday and Friday. During December, we offer a few evening and weekend hours. The Food Bank always have needs for volunteers outside of the Food Bank with our special promotions.  If you are interested in volunteering for the Food Bank, please call Cheri Lawrence at 466-8170 ext 106.
